Yes, The Fitzgerald is a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two pets per apartment home is allowed. The pet policy includes a $250 one-time fee per pet, a $250 deposit per pet, and $30 per month in pet rent per pet. Pet rent, deposit, and fees apply per pet.

Breed restrictions apply. Any hybrid or mixed breed with any of the following is restricted: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dalmatian, Akita, Chow, and Presa Canario. This list is not all-inclusive, and management has final approval for all pets. Residents are encouraged to contact leasing team members for full policy details and approval requirements.
